I've been trying to figure out how i'll make a sensible outline for my undergrad seminar(BIO 196) topic: <Why Females live longer than Males? Importance of the upregulation of longetivity-associated genes by oestrogenic compounds> & after a day of thinking i've come up with 4 main points to discuss but it's still for approval and revisions by Prof Hallare tomorrow & i'm really expecting a lot of revision and add-ons on this outline.

Anyhow, after the brain works i've decided to do some blog hopping and i've come across blogs of old PISCONIANS ( a batch or two higher than ours) & it was fun reading their journals & lookin' at old PISCO pics they've posted.

And while i was browsing through Ate Kristine's journal i came across a very "catchy" article and here it goes:

There comes a time in our lives when we chance upon someone so nice and beautiful and we just find ourselves getting so intensely attracted to that person. This feeling soon becomes part of our everyday lives and eventually consumes our thoughts and actions.

The sad part of it is when we begin to realize that this person feels nothing more for us than
friendship.

We start our desperate attempt to get noticed and be closer but in the end our efforts are still
unrewarded and we end up being sorry for ourselves.

You dont have to forget someone you love. What you need to learn is how to accept the verdict of reality without being bitter or sorry for yourself. You would be better off giving that dedication and love to someone more deserving.

Don't let your heart ruin your life, be sensible and let your mind speak for itself. Listen not only to your feelings but to reason as well.

Always remember that if you lose someone today, it means that someone better is coming
tomorrow...

..which is a very nice way of saying than someone dumped you for someone better.

If you lose love, that doesnt mean that you have failed in love.

Cry if you have to, but make sure that the tears washes away the hurt and the bitterness that the past left you with.

Let go of yesterday and love will find its way back to you.

And when it does, pray that it may be the love that will stay and last a lifetime.

A woman/man on the rebound could easily fall for sweeping emotions and be made to falsely believe that he/she finally stumbled upon the right man/woman when what she just found is
only someone to cover up for the love she/he lost.

A woman/man who makes promises with words and not with actions may never live up to fulfill
them.

"IT'S TRUE THAT LOVE CAN WAIT FOREVER BUT IT IS CRAZY TO STUBBORNLY HOPE FOR SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T EVEN CARE OR UNDERSTAND HOW WE FEEL".

Somehow, those sentences i've bolden caught me, i don't know...maybe nakakarelate ako? hmmm...
